I founded Infinity Care because I believe medicine should be personal, proactive, and deeply rooted in a strong patient-physician relationship.

I am Dr. Lyuba Kofler (née Polinkovsky), a board-certified Family Medicine physician and founder of Infinity Care. I was born in Moldova, and currently live in Westport, CT with my husband and children. I enjoy traveling, summer days at Compo Beach, skiing, running, nature walks, coffee (essential for a mom of youngsters!), and time spent with family and friends.

I graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University, went on to earn an M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine, and completed my residency at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University. Through hands-on training domestically and abroad, I have gained a strong appreciation for incorporating cultural differences into a whole-person healthcare approach. Providing meaningful care involves being available 24/7 to guide you through life’s emotional challenges, celebrating your triumphs, and helping to create your foundation for peak physical, mental, and spiritual health.

From the perspective of both a physician and a patient, I understand the challenges of providing and receiving quality care within the limiting mainstream healthcare system, where patients get suboptimal attention, as physicians burn out. For this reason, it is my mission to provide a more personalized approach for my patients, allowing me to be a continuously accessible, forward-thinking, and dedicated ally for my patients on their lifelong journey to maximal health. Optimizing your health translates to enhancing the generational health of those who follow – the greatest gift we can pass on.
