Infinity Care is a membership-based primary care practice led by board-certified family physician Dr. Lyuba Kofler. The practice is designed around longer appointments, proactive care, prevention, continuity, and a strong physician-patient relationship.
By maintaining a deliberately limited patient panel, Dr. Kofler is able to spend more time understanding each patient’s history, priorities, and long-term health goals.

Does Infinity Care replace health insurance?
No. Membership in Infinity Care does not replace health insurance. Patients should maintain appropriate insurance for services outside the membership.
How long is the consultation?
The introductory consultation is approximately 15 minutes.
